At Highlands CC, I have always supported University research. We've worked with Penn State, Virgina Tech and NC State on a variety of projects. Today, I received a call from a professor at University of Georgia who wants to experiment with Bermudagrass cultivars in the mountains. Years ago, Dr. Hanna with UGA tested Tifsport Bermudagrass at HCC...presumably to learn about its cold tolerance. I will be sure to post more information on this topic!
